Cookies by Le Boudoir Gourmand.

Ingredients ::: Biscuit Mix

190 gr of white sugar
100 gr brown sugar
500 gr flour
160 gr softened butter
2 eggs
I packet of yeast
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Decoration:
Any flavor or combination is possible, here are some ideas:
Walnuts/pecans/hazelnuts/pistachios/oatmeal sprinkles & dried raisins/chocolate chips/peanut butter/white chocolate/candy: m&ms, gummibears, jellybeans... /ginger/dried fruit/orange zest.

Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).

STEP 1. With an electric beater, mix the sugar and butter until the mixture is creamy. Add the eggs one by one while still beating on a slower speed. Add the vanilla.
STEP 2. Then fold in the flour, yeast and the salt. Mix together just enough to form a smooth paste.
STEP 3. Then add the flavoring of your choice.
STEP 4. With a spoon, form dough balls and place them onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Take care to leave enough space between the cookies since they will spread out as they cook -- if necessary, bake in several batches.
STEP 5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown and soft in the middle. Allow to dry on a wire rack.
Enjoy with a glass of milk, it's the best of all tastes!
