First of all...

Let me introduce to you my new baby which is...........

The Fujifilm Instax Mini 25!!!!!!!! =D Was superbly grinning all over when I saw Adrian of The Click Shop and boy when I opened the box, it was silky white and so petite! The main reason why I'm getting this is because of grandmama. She is the most talented cook I've ever known and I want to start on a recipe journal based on all of my grandmama's cooking. So yeah, it's all dedicated to her :)

It was light as well hence it'll be easy for me to carry it around...

It's as small as a small sized Starbucks cup.

Dungeons and heroes.

Am back from Genting and boy it was good! Mainly because I went there to sleep (inside joke). Thrift shopping was exceptionally fun. Gonna do it again sometime. Missed the charity event at Zouk earlier 'cos I was dead tired from walking around Bukit Bintang and Bangsar. Wanted to get a dress but nothing catches my attention. Watched Julie & Julia and made me realise how much I miss/love cooking and will do it for the rest of my life.

Anyway, piccas to be up tomorrow and till then, have a good Sunday before Monday says hello.

A little less conversation makes the heart flutter.

You know how I love to use bullet points to update so here it goes.....

• Reading Betrayed by P.C. & Kristin Cast. As usual, it's about vampires but in this book, they call them vampyres.
• As you notice my tweets, PARAMORE IS COMING TO SINGAPORE THIS MARCH 7th!!!!! I really, really, really wanna go... Who's with me this time?
• Gonna have a mini adventure with the girls this weekend. Booze, some feng tao music, cards, steamed fish, coconuts, you name it ;)
• CNY is twelve days away and I just can't wait...
• Talking about impatience, the instax 25 is hereeeeeeeee. I wanna go get 'em nowww!
• Recently, there have been some problems and I hope it can be resolved soon. I really hope it will be successful this time around. If this goes down, everything goes down =(

Yee Sang Session 001.

The girls and I been planning a-get-together for the past month and we finally got to meet up for dim sum lunch at one of our all time favourite restaurant called "Shanghai," at JW Marriott. Since CNY is around the corner, we decided to have a 'lil "yee sang" session."Yee Sang" means a kind of raw fish salad and it's considered a symbol of good luck and prosperity. Traditionally, "yee sang" is served during the seventh day of CNY however as time goes by, we now would serve this dish prior and during CNY.

Everyone is here and waiting patiently for the food to arrive...

We ordered Jelly Fish "Yee Sang". It consists of white raddish, carrots, red pepper, ginger, lime tree leaves, chinese parsley, chopped peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, and shrimp crackers. The dressing was lemon juice, plum sauce and sesame oil.

..."May this year bring us good luck, excellent health, more $$$ and happiness!!!!"

As for desserts, we tried their famous Mango Sago with Pomelo.
