Just got back from a makan trip in Malacca and boy, the amount of FOOD I ate was crazyyy. It was indeed a fullfilling trip and let the piccas do the talking eh?

Two Days.

Yeap. I had two days of food poisoning. Of all people, I'm always the one who'd kena all-tummy-related sickness and of all of food, bak kut teh??? It tasted really good, but after 5 hours of consuming the yum-O-licious dried BKT, it had to backfired on me.

Shame on you Wei.

Next time, wherever I go makan, MUST have anti-vomit + diarrhea pills.

Lazy Sunday.

Last night was a blast knowing that I sung my heart out at Red Box.. Remember the time when you used to know every word of BSB or Spice Girls's songs by heart and you would sing it over and over again when they played it on the radio?

That's me when I was 10.

When Pop music died-ed and came back to life recently (with Lady Gaga and friends), it was indeed a miracle. I know that this generation is all about indie, rock, & hip hop but man, I still need and WANT some bubblegum tunes in my life.

Happy songs just makes my day :)

Dark Chocolate Fondant

The texture of the cake is moist and when you're halfway done, the chocolate liquid in the center just oozes out with such warmth that gives you a "hot & cold" sensation (choc + ice cream) in your mouth..

On the other note, since I'm such a dessert freak, I will dedicate my TGIFs for a Dessert post! It will be called as "Little-Miss-Dessert-Day".

First Meal of the Day

What do you eat first thing in the morning? What is your definition of a wholesome breakfast? Some say Koko Crunch cereal, others prefer blueberry cheese pancakes. Does it really matter?

Yes, it does.

The first food you eat every morning can effect your mood, the way you work and the satisfaction you give yourself and the tummy, of course. For instance, nasi lemak for breakfast can cause sleepy heads an hour later (subject to individuality). For me, the perfect balanced breakfast of the day would be :-

Good old Chocolate Milkshake

& the platter above.

In conclusion, breakfast is "the" most important meal of the day.
