First Meal of the Day

What do you eat first thing in the morning? What is your definition of a wholesome breakfast? Some say Koko Crunch cereal, others prefer blueberry cheese pancakes. Does it really matter?

Yes, it does.

The first food you eat every morning can effect your mood, the way you work and the satisfaction you give yourself and the tummy, of course. For instance, nasi lemak for breakfast can cause sleepy heads an hour later (subject to individuality). For me, the perfect balanced breakfast of the day would be :-


Good old Chocolate Milkshake

& the platter above.

In conclusion, breakfast is "the" most important meal of the day.
