I finally got this!!! =D Was so excited like a kid gets her/his first taste of ice cream...
The end result ::: I am so gonna cook this again! The chicken was drown with McCormick's Montreal Chicken seasoning, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onions, and black pepper. After it's marinated for a night, I baked it for around 30 minutes or so and I'm done! The chicken was still moist and tender and the flavour was just nice. As for the chips, it was indeed very crispy! It was a long process and it needs a lot of patience. I think I can still improve on it the next time I cook the chips 'cos it's damn worth it :)
