Usually I'll go for no.41 like the below :-

Dark Chocolate Fondant

The texture of the cake is moist and when you're halfway done, the chocolate liquid in the center just oozes out with such warmth that gives you a "hot & cold" sensation (choc + ice cream) in your mouth..

On the other note, since I'm such a dessert freak, I will dedicate my TGIFs for a Dessert post! It will be called as "Little-Miss-Dessert-Day".
